Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Montgomery, AL. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO, and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Support production by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging, filling, bottling equipment, and process lines.
• Assist with installation, startup, and validation of new equipment and projects.
• Document work orders and equipment history in maintenance systems.
• Contribute to RCA, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
