Job summary
Lilly's Indianapolis-area Technology Center seeks an Industrial Electrician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain utilities equipment—instrumentation, electrical, water systems, and related facilities. You will support multiple maintenance crafts to ensure safe, reliable operations and compliance with cGMP.
The role requires reading P&ID drawings, performing preventative maintenance on MV equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Three years of relevant work experience in an industrial utilities environment.
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems and related safety procedures.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, prints, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on medium voltage electrical equipment (13.8KV switch gear, breakers, relays).
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex electrical equipment (motor control centers, VSDs, PLCs).
- Diagnose electrical problems and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
