Job summary

Lilly Technology Center in Indiana is seeking an Industrial Electrician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment across utilities and process instrumentation. You will support multiple maintenance crafts and ensure safe, reliable operations in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a minimum of three years in an industrial utilities setting, reading schematics, and using CMMS like Maximo. A valid driver's license and willingness to overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, prints, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on medium voltage electrical equipment (13.8KV switch gear, circuit breakers, relays, motor starters).
• Maintain complex electrical equipment (motor control centers, VFDs, PLCs).
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Modify and install electrical equipment (conduit, lighting, branch circuits).
• Diagnose complex electrical issues to restore operation.
• Maintain and calibrate process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, conductivity, TOC, valves).
• Read P&ID drawings accurately.
• Follow safety rules and cGMP procedures; document work per Good Documentation Practices.
• Qualifications include ability to lift 40 lbs and tolerate outdoor conditions.
