Job summary

Postalloy® Hardface Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep machinery running per specifications and support facility systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, parts management, and collaboration with contractors for repairs and installations.

Responsibilities include operating PLC programs, fabricating parts as needed, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment with strong 5S adherence. Domestic travel may be required, and a valid license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Technical training in electrical/industrial electronics or HVAC is highly preferred.
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints and working with motors, pumps, and circuits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Order replacement parts and maintain stock to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate parts for machinery as needed.
• Assist with PLC programming and adjustments on equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs and installations.
• Perform general facilities maintenance and uphold 5S practices.
