Job summary
Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for our Downingtown area manufacturing operations. You will help maximize reliability and efficiency of high-speed packaging lines and automation systems.
You will diagnose electrical issues, read schematics, support PLCs, and collaborate with operators and supervisors to improve equipment performance. Overtime and varied shifts may be required.
Qualifications
- Strong electrical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting 120V–480V electrical systems.
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed food processing equipment.
- Repair electrical systems from 120V to 480V.
- Support PLC-controlled equipment, automation, and robotics.
- Maintain electrical systems and equipment per safety standards.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document maintenance activities and read system manuals.
- Collaborate with Operators, Supervisors and Maintenance team.
- Overtime and weekend work as needed.
