Job summary
Campbell Soup Supply Company's Stockton facility is seeking an Industrial Electro-Mechanic to maintain, repair, and optimize mechanical systems critical to large-scale food production. You will work on steam systems, turbines, boilers, pumps, and precision alignments to keep operations safe and efficient.
The role requires hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reading blueprints, and a commitment to safety with lockout/tagout procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food processing, or similar environments.
- Strong experience with steam systems, turbines, evaporators, gas-fired boilers, pumps, motors, gears, bearings, and drive systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using schematics, manuals, blueprints, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methods.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Inspect equipment during operation and identify issues by observation and monitoring.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
