SugarCreek Packing Co. in Indiana is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to install, maintain and test electrical systems in a packaging facility.

The role includes diagnosing malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance and working with field teams to ensure safety and compliance. The position supports production by maintaining switchgear, motors and control systems, using standard tools and CMMS for work orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; journeyman-level electrical experience or completion of an accredited electrical program with related experience may substitute.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and testing industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at county, state and federal levels.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications for layout of industrial equipment.
• Install, calibrate and test electrical components and controls.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Operate CMMS to track parts, work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
