Job summary

AVL is seeking an Electrical Assembler (1st shift) in Charlotte, NC to assist electricians in assembling and installing industrial electrical equipment per drawings and specs. Responsibilities include wiring, switchgear, transformers, and control systems installations in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of electrical power circuits, experience with hand tools, and at least 3 years in electrical assembly within an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Follow drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Install, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, network and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Install and connect switchgear, transformers, power distribution panels, batteries, and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities
