Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Forsyth, GA is seeking an experienced industrial electrician to plan, lay out, install, test and repair wiring, electrical fixtures and control systems in accordance with plans, codes and industry standards.

You will work with high and low voltage systems, interpret drawings, and perform preventive maintenance while adhering to safety protocols. Overtime, nights and weekends may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
• Strong hand and power tool skills with safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Plans, lays out, installs, tests and repairs wiring and control systems per plans and codes.
• Interprets drawings, sketches and plans to determine procedures and tools required.
• Measures, cuts, bends and terminates conduits; installs cables and duct banks.
• Tests systems and ensures safety and compatibility of components.
• Operates high and low voltage systems and repairs defective equipment.
• Uses electrical and mechanical hand tools and safety equipment.
