This role maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, and develops electrical process control instrumentation to optimize production efficiency at the quarry and other sites. You will travel between locations, coordinate in-house electrical repairs, troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives, work with engineering and vendors on upgrades, and support safety policies while training

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electrical technology or apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial troubleshooting preferred.
• Certified/licensed Electrician is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs and upgrades for plant controls in mining operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motor controls and drives.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors on capital improvement projects.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and assist in training coworkers.
