Job summary

Mondi plc is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to maintain electrical plant and production operations, install and modify equipment, and troubleshoot complex control systems. The role requires hands-on repair of manufacturing equipment, reading schematics, and programming AC/DC drives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum five years’ experience as an industrial electrician focused on repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge and/or experience with computerized equipment.
Mechanical fundamentals and basic industrial parts/tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain all electrical plant and production operations to ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.
Modify machine controls and operations; install/repair equipment as needed.
Read electrical/electronic schematics and PLC programs; program digital AC/DC drives.
Calibrate sensors and protective devices; perform mechanical adjustments.
Operate and maintain plant machinery, utilities, and CMMS records.
Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance; work both independently and in teams.
