Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems across our aluminum manufacturing facility.

You will support production by ensuring reliable, safe operation of motors, drives, and distribution systems while adhering to safety standards. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems up to high voltages, with experience in PLCs, PMs, and electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and plant equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair motors, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, and automated controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and safety policies.
