Job summary

McWane Ductile Ohio seeks an experienced industrial electrician to support plant operations. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, read schematics, and work across departments to keep production running safely.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial electrical work or an associate degree in Electrical Technologies; PLC and VFD troubleshooting; ability to interpret manuals and perform conduit bending; safety training per NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and troubleshooting voltages from 24V ac/dc to 480VAC.
• Experience with PLC and VFD troubleshooting.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting equipment.
• Experience with equipment installation, panel building and conduit bending.
• 3+ years as an industrial electrician OR an Associates Degree in Electrical Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform daily electrical tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Read manuals and LO TO instructions to ensure safe work practices.
• Use electrical tools and meters to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Work across plant departments to support maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and NFPA 70E PPE requirements.
