Job summary

Beauty Quest Group is seeking a skilled electrician for our production facility in Illinois. You will install and repair electrical systems and components of industrial equipment, following codes, manuals, and blueprints to ensure reliable distribution across the plant.

Experience with aerosol filling is a plus. We require 4+ years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings to support troubleshoot.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Valid Driver License.
• Understanding of GMPs, SOPs, Lockout/Tagout, and OSHA regs.
• Experience in FDA regulated, cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with vendors, contractors, upper management and associates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment and electrical systems timely.
• Dismantles machinery to access and repair defective parts.
• Identify parts and materials needed for repair.
• Support new equipment installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Complete repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain inventories of electrical equipment and supplies.
• Respond to questions and requests related to electrical maintenance.
• Prepare electrical maintenance reports and trends.
• Maintain safety policies and clean work environment.
• Document actions and ongoing needs to support teams.
