Job summary

Quad Graphics in Hartford, WI is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at our Hartford manufacturing facility. This hands-on role focuses on 480V three-phase systems, motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, control circuits, and PLC-controlled machinery.

You'll work on manufacturing equipment to find problems, perform repairs, and get equipment running again.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot 480V three-phase systems and PLCs.
Experience reading schematics and control circuits.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems on industrial production equipment.
Diagnose 480V three-phase power, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Use PLC software to troubleshoot equipment, trace ladder logic, and diagnose inputs, outputs, sensors, and interlocks.
Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment installations and upgrades.
Follow lockout/tagout and electrical safe work practices.
