This position involves direct ownership of the facility's electrical infrastructure, minimizing manufacturing downtime through rapid troubleshooting and proactive preventive care. Key Responsibilities

• Execute all standard electrical work processes using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment to maximize operational reliability.
• Ensure all safety processes are observed, and quality assurance activities are strictly performed.
• Identify, track, and report technical and equipment losses within your assigned area.

Salary And Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $43.69/hour.

The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
