Job summary
Veracity Ventures Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking an Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment at our bakery.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, minimize downtime, and perform preventive maintenance to optimize production while upholding safety and quality standards. Candidates should have experience with 480V systems, PLC & VFD troubleshooting, and a strong commitment to industrial safety (LOTO and arc flash).
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial electrical maintenance and system diagnostics.
- Strong adherence to safety standards (LOTO, arc flash).
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Fluent communication at the plant site.
- Experience with 480V systems and automated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Execute standard electrical work using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment to maximize reliability.
- Ensure safety processes and quality assurance are followed.
- Identify, track, and report technical losses within the area.
