Job summary

Ultimately, your expertise directly impacts the overall productivity and reliability of bakery’s operations.**Position Requirements****Education & Certifications:*** **Required:** High School Diploma or GED.* **Preferred:** Degree or certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.**Technical Must-Haves:*** Proven industrial electrical experience working with 480V systems.* Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining PLC & VFD systems.* Proven experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing and production equipment.* Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical schematics.**Preferred Skills:*** Experience with PLC programming, logic modification, and industrial system coding.## **Salary and Benefits:**The hourly wage for this position is $43.69/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
