Qualifications

• Education beyond high school including an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related field preferred.
• Competent in Windows-based software; familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Certifications in technical fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and provide technical support for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Operate and maintain PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and data acquisition instruments.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and document processes.
• Collaborate with management and operations to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Travel 1–5 times per year as required.
