Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a production environment. The role requires a strong background in electrical controls, hydraulics, and PLCs, with the ability to work with management and operations teams.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree or related training, proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance, and solid skills in Windows software, document control, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in electronic technology or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word; strong document organization skills.
• Must be proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and controls across electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical support for all phases of operation.
• Operate PLCs and collect/transmit data for monitoring and maintenance.
• Maintain safety procedures including lockout/tagout and equipment documentation.
