Job summary

Stand-By Personnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician for a Claremore, OK manufacturing site. You will inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient production.

Shift: Monday–Saturday, 4:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints.
• Experience with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to electrical safety.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, robotics, and sensors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and repair control panels, motors, drives, sensors, instrumentation, and power distribution systems.
• Replace or install electrical components (breakers, switches, fuses, VFDs).
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Test systems for proper operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and communicate concerns to management.
• Identify replacement parts and equipment needs.
• Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and safety procedures.
