Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and maintaining industrial equipment.
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and lubrication.
Develop and maintain a shop-wide preventative maintenance schedule.
Respond to equipment concerns and complete repairs to restore safety.
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, drawings and specs.
Assist with installing new equipment and process improvements.
Identify worn components and perform replacements.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and participate in overtime when needed.
Communicate repair progress to supervisors and production personnel.
