Job summary

Skillforce is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to recruit an Electrical Superintendent for industrial projects based in Fayetteville, NC. This full-time role oversees electrical construction activities on site, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will supervise crews, interpret drawings, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and support testing and commissioning while maintaining quality and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Supervise electrical crews.
• Interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and supporting system testing and commissioning.

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects.

This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville, NC with occasional travel.

Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

• Salary plus OT: $50/hr, negotiable higher or lower based on experience
• Schedule: Typically 50+ hours per week, but varies from project to project
• Company vehicle
• Background check, drug screen, and MVR required
