Linde plc is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to support 24/7 operations at multiple Phoenix-area facilities. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving medium-voltage systems and related equipment to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

The candidate will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, perform data-driven analysis, and lead coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing medium-voltage (5kV–15kV) electrical systems and equipment within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, electrical codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards applicable to industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with industrial control and instrumentation systems, as well as CMMS, such as Infor EAM.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, E-Mail, and other standard business software
• Electrician license or associate's/bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology

Responsabilités

• Support 24/7 industrial gas plant operations as part of the electrical team, on day or night shift.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and improve distribution equipment: substations, breakers, switchgear, MCCs, relays, batteries, transformers, motors, generators.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities including infrared thermography and oil analysis.
• Analyze performance data, support root-cause investigations, and resolve reliability issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, life-cycle costs via data-driven strategies.
• Assist with turnaround planning, electrical scope, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Provide on-site and remote leadership to plant personnel and contractors.
• Collaborate with regional reliability teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Support office and field operations including off-hours as required
