Job summary

You will analyze data, evaluate costs and risks, and coordinate with regional teams to plan outages and parts. The role requires a 5+ year background in maintenance/reliability engineering, deep knowledge of electrical/electrical equipment, P&ID interpretation, CMMS systems, and Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment design and maintenance including HV/MV switchgear, UPS, generators, substations, pumps, chillers, and related systems.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies including CMMS optimization, TPM, FMEA, and Spare Parts Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities while optimizing life cycle cost.
• Make data-driven technical decisions evaluating costs, risks, and benefits.
• Develop outage plans with parts, contractor coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Present outage plans to leadership within Linde and customer organizations.
• Develop spare parts plans and manage inventory control and ordering.
• Support Center of Excellence to implement maintenance best practices.
• Assist with critical spare identification and BOM creation for critical assets.
• Assist with CMMS-based preventive maintenance schedules and electronics maintenance.
• Travel ~25% domestically and provide off-hours accessibility as needed.
