Linde Inc. seeks an Electronics Reliability Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to lead maintenance reliability for critical electrical and mechanical systems. You will plan outages, manage spares, and coordinate with plant staff to reduce lifecycle costs while ensuring safe operations.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial reliability, CMMS (Infor EAM) expertise, and a Six Sigma mindset. Travel ~25% and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance/reliability engineering in an industrial setting.
• Experience with mechanical systems and equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.).
• Ability to read P&IDs and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance methods (RCM, TPM, FMEA) and CMMS optimization.
• CMRP or CRE certification.
• CMMS experience, such as Infor EAM.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities while optimizing life cycle costs.
• Make technical decisions based on data analysis and cost/risk evaluation.
• Develop outage plans with parts requirements, contractor coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Present outage plans to leadership and customers.
• Develop and manage spare parts plans and support inventory control.
• Partner with Center of Excellence to implement maintenance best practices.
• Support reliability assessments and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Assist in setup of new facilities and reliability programs.
• Identify critical spares and create BOMs in CMMS and other systems.
• Support CMMS-based preventive maintenance schedules and tasks.
