You will lead data-driven decisions, outage planning, and spare parts management, collaborating with regional teams and the Center of Excellence to drive continuous improvement. The role requires five-plus years in maintenance/reliability engineering in industrial manufacturing, with CMMS experience (Infor EAM) and Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of maintenance/reliability engineering in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical equipment systems (compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.).
• Experience interpreting P&IDs and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies including RCM, TPM, FMEA, CMMS optimization.
• CMRP or CRE certification.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Infor EAM.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities.
• Make technical decisions based on data, costs, risks, and benefits.
• Develop detailed outage plans with parts, contractors, planned work, and risk mitigation.
• Present outage plans to leadership within Linde and customer organizations.
• Develop spare parts plans and support inventory control; adjust plans based on history and data.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence to implement maintenance best practices.
• Develop reliability assessments and apply Six Sigma to drive improvements.
• Assist with facility setups and reliability programs; lead initiatives.
• Assist with critical spare identification and BOM creation in CMMS and other systems.
• Support regional teams with preventive maintenance schedules and electronics maintenance.
