Job summary

Linde Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Electrical Specialist to support 24/7 industrial gas plant operations as part of the electrical team, with day or night shifts as required.

You will ensure the safe, reliable operation of electrical systems across multiple facilities, and develop preventive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability. The role includes troubleshooting high-voltage equipment up to 138kV and providing on-site and remote leadership to crews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV-15kV) in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with control/instrumentation systems and CMMS (Infor EAM).
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 industrial gas plant operations as part of the electrical team, day or night shift as required.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical systems across multiple facilities.
• Identify, develop, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and improve electrical distribution equipment up to 138kV, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and generators up to 1500kW.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including infrared thermography and power quality analysis.
• Provide on-site and remote technical leadership to plant personnel and contractors.
