Metric Geo seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee major industrial programs in the Bay Area, coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a proven PM background with electrical contracting experience, deep knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, motor controls, and process equipment, and a history of managing multi‑million dollar scopes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager for an electrical contractor.
• Proven background delivering industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, switchgear, motor controls, process equipment, and industrial installations.
• Experience managing electrical scopes valued from $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Industrial processing facilities oversight
• Heavy industrial electrical installations oversight
• Manage electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Lead project teams and coordinate with field operations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
