Job summary

PureGrid Electrical is seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to support complex industrial electrical projects. You will help translate designs into actionable field plans, coordinate submittals, RFIs, and material deliveries, and assist with communication among clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and schedule adherence, with opportunities to own key workflows and travel to nationwide sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or assistant PM in commercial or industrial electrical subcontracting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and power distribution.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and single-line diagrams.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam Revu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are safe, accurate, and on schedule.
• Coordinate field drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material deliveries.
• Help process purchase orders, subcontractor billings, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation from preconstruction to closeout.
• Support meetings and track milestones with clients, engineers, and contractors.
