Job summary

PureGrid Electrical seeks an organized Project Manager to coordinate mid-sized industrial electrical projects from planning through closeout. You will manage field teams, schedules, and procurement, ensuring safety and accuracy while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, change orders, and documentation, plus coordinating with engineers and owners to align on milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Manager experience in electrical subcontracting
• Exposure to industrial electrical or commercial design-build projects is valued
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on trade experience
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of mid-sized industrial electrical projects, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-schedule delivery
• Coordinate field operations with Field Operations Manager and site superintendents, provide clear plans and labor support
• Track long-lead equipment, coordinate nationwide material delivery, review supplier quality to avoid delays
• Monitor budgets, process billings, draft purchase orders, manage subcontracts, and track change orders
• Facilitate regular project alignment meetings with general contractors, owners, and engineering teams
• Maintain organized project records in construction management software (RFIs, submittals, drawings) from preconstruction through closeout
