Job summary

ITAC, a national ENR-ranked design-build firm, seeks an Electrical Project Manager in Greenville, SC, to lead scope development, cost estimates, and execution plans for industrial projects. You will coordinate field teams, manage safety, schedule, and client satisfaction while leveraging ITAC’s APM methods.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and travel flexibility across projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical project management in industrial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proven leadership abilities; capable of motivating project teams.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop work scopes, cost estimates, and proposals; create execution plans.
• Coordinate field supervision to safely execute work per contract.
• Meet safety, financial, schedule, quality, and client-satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate EPC/CM and design-build projects with engineering and trades.
• Host kickoff meetings; establish safety plans and roles; define communication plans.
• Provide drawings, diagrams, specs, schedules; support cost control and field directions.
• Foster repeat business through customer satisfaction and “Raving Fans”.
