Job summary

ITAC, a nationwide ENR-ranked design-build firm with six offices, seeks an Electrical Project Manager in Greenville or Lexington, SC. The role focuses on developing scopes, cost estimates, execution plans, and coordinating field supervision for complex capital projects.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 7+ years of electrical PM experience, with strong knowledge of codes and excellent leadership and communication skills. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of electrical project management experience in an industrial space.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop work scopes, cost estimates, and proposals; execute execution plans.
• Coordinate field supervision to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Draft bid letters, work scopes, and schedules for proposals.
• Coordinate EPC/CM and design-build projects with engineering and trades.
• Lead kickoff meetings; set safety plans, roles, and communication plans.
• Provide field teams with drawings, schedules, cost control, and progress updates.
• Create repeat business opportunities.
