Job summary

CEC Facilities seeks a Project Manager to own full project execution, coordinating budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety and quality compliance. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, superintendents, safety teams, and consultants to drive the project lifecycle from kickoff to close-out.

The role requires coordinating with partners, managing communications, and leading project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure performance and delivery.
• Oversee full project setup in Procore — budgets, schedules, SOVs, workflows, and team access.
• Review submittals for schedule and contract compliance.
• Lead safety planning including JHA and safety training verification.
• Prepare and issue full WBS and project procedures.
• Close-out documentation, inspections, and final turnover.
