Job summary

Us Display Group in Dover, DE is seeking a Maintenance Electrical technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems in production facilities.

The role requires 2-3 years of electro-mechanical automation experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings. You will follow NFPA 70E standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years electro-mechanical automation system installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, relays, 3-phase power, controls, and power transmission.
• A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems with strong PLC troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft environment; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and handle overtime and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; handles Three-phase Motors and PLC applications.
• Troubleshoots PLCs and relay logic; applies NFPA 70E standards in work.
• Operates computers that monitor mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance and complete reports accurately and timely.
• Adheres to maintenance schedule and suggests optimizations to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
