Job summary

Stryten Energy in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (EMT) for first shift to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and facilities systems including injection molding equipment, DE-testers, and robots. The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and fluid power troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and some industrial maintenance training or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Documented completion of some industrial machine tech/electrical/maintenance training or two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Manage problem tag system and carry out repairs.
• Ensure work is neat and professional; communicate schedule requirements and completion status with production.
• Participate in TPM events plant wide; assist with engineering projects and new installations.
