Job summary

QXO is seeking an Electrical Focus Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes industrial electrical systems and controls to minimize downtime and support safe, reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical skills, experience with three-phase power, motor controls, VFDs, and electrical panels, and works closely with Production and Maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with three-phase power, motor controls, VFDs and electrical panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manufacturer manuals.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot three-phase power systems, motor control centers and panels.
• Repair motors, relays, transformers, and other electrical components.
• Install, configure, and calibrate VFDs and motor-control components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and drawings.
• Support safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
