Job summary

Amteck is hiring Electrical Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in industrial environments, ensuring NFPA 70B, OEM specifications, and NETA standards compliance while maintaining reliability and safety.

The role focuses on power distribution equipment, motors, and controls, with an emphasis on proper documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance preferred.
• Familiar with NFPA 70B/70E and NETA standards.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and heat signatures.
• Inspect components, wiring, and connections for wear or damage; perform servicing.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, corrective actions, and recommendations.
• Ensure safety procedures including lockout/tagout and arc-flash awareness are followed.
• Support EHS initiatives and integrate safe work practices into all tasks.
