Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance is expected.
• Strong electrical theory and power distribution knowledge.
• Capable of preventive maintenance strategies per standards.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Compliant with safety protocols and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and NFPA standards.
• Identify faults using infrared thermography and inspections.
• Service equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and uptime.
• Document inspections, tests, actions, and recommendations.
• Enforce safety policies including LOTO and arc-flash awareness.
• Interact with customers, supervisors, and team members about conditions.
