Job summary
IT8 is seeking an Electrical Installation Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems on international projects. The role requires reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and on-time execution.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial electrical installations, is proficient in EPLAN drawings, and willing to travel extensively across the United States and abroad.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical installation and wiring.
- Ability to read EPLAN drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
- Technical degree or training in Electrical Technology or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair electrical systems at sites.
- Install and connect control panels, sensors, motors, and wiring.
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Inspect and verify installations for safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet schedule.
