Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Electrical Helper IV to install electrical systems on client projects under supervision. Responsibilities include installing raceway systems, conduit, wiring, and small equipment, while adhering to NEC standards and safety practices.

The role requires 3-4 years of related experience, NCCER certification preferred, and frequent on-site work with up to 90% travel. Safety and quality are prioritized throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical helper IV role.

Responsibilities

• Installations of Raceway Systems to meet project production standards.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks.
• Pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Installation of small electrical equipment and supports.
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority.
• Learn project specifications and install electrical systems accordingly.
• Look for ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
