Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Electrical Helper II to assist installation of electrical systems on project sites in Wisconsin. You will work under supervision to install raceway, conduit, wiring, and small electrical equipment, following NEC guidelines and project specs.

The role requires safety focus, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and up to 90% travel to job sites. We offer competitive hourly pay of 28.50 USD, full-time hours, and benefits including health coverage and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical helper II role

Responsibilities

• Install Raceway Systems to meet project production standards
• Measure, cut, bends, threads, assemble, and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks
• May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment
• Installation of small electrical equipment and supports
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork on a daily basis
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority
• Basic Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Understand basic electrical systems (low and high voltage)
