Zusammenfassung

MasTec Industrial seeks an Electrical General Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems on new or remodeled facilities. You will lead a crew, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with the project superintendent to meet schedules.

The role requires up to 90% travel, a 50-hour workweek, and compensation of $55/hour, with benefits including health, retirement, and more. MasTec is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical foreman or above role.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Aufgaben

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Coordinate delivery of necessary materials and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Travel to different jobsites on a limited notice; supervise and coordinate daily activities.
