Job summary

ITAC is seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent in the United States (Virginia) to lead the execution of multiple industrial electrical projects. You will mentor foremen and apprentices, read schematics, and coordinate procurement and planning using Procore. Strong communication skills are essential for team coordination and safety compliance.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple industrial electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and material procurement.
• Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance on all sites.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
