Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations, troubleshooting and maintenance in commercial/industrial settings.
• Effectively manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within the crew.
• Read and understand estimates with support from PM or superintendent.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew members and promote safety on site.
• Mentor and develop others within projects and crews.
