Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on major power projects in Colorado. You will oversee industrial electrical installations including underground duct banks, above ground conduit, cable trays, cable pulling, terminations, and equipment installation, spending significant time in the field to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial electrical work, willingness to travel/relocate, and a proven ability to supervise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Proven ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations ensuring code compliance and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors for workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop schedules based on man hours to support the overall project schedule.
• Resolve conflicts and inform management as appropriate.
• Ensure safety, attendance and conduct policies are followed.
