Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical installations, including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and terminations. The role requires field presence, ensuring safety, quality and productivity under your responsibility.

The position emphasizes planning, coordinating with subs, and ensuring adherence to contract specifications and electrical codes to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Supervisory or foreman experience is encouraged.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations ensuring code compliance and quality procedures.
• Coordinate and interface with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to meet overall project deadlines.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project management as appropriate.
• Ensure company safety, attendance and workplace behavior policies are followed.
