Job summary
Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Technician to maintain and improve electrical and control systems across our manufacturing operations in Cambria, WI.

Qualifications
- Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in Industrial Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- NFPA 70E knowledge and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation and controls.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
- Support plant automation and control systems.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
