Job summary

American Battery Technology Company is seeking an Electrical Construction Technician to join its Construction Self-Perform Team. The technician will perform electrical installations, modifications, troubleshooting, and equipment support across ABTC facilities and construction projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, solving technical challenges, and contributing directly to industrial facility construction, expansion, and improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience in industrial or commercial environments.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams, control schematics, P&IDs, and PFDs.
• Experience installing conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and installation standards.
• Ability to use electrical hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, modifications, troubleshooting and equipment support across ABTC facilities.
• Read drawings and install electrical systems per specifications.
• Support mechanical installations and other self-perform activities as needed.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety standards.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to complete projects on schedule.
