Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Norwalk, CT is seeking an Electrical Automation Technician to join the assembly team. This role focuses on assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control systems for custom packaging equipment.

The ideal candidate reads schematics, routes wiring neatly, and builds panels to NEC standards. You will collaborate with Engineering, Controls Engineers, and Mechanical Assembly to complete builds, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Post-high-school training in electrical technology.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience wiring industrial machinery or control panels.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, mount, and wire electrical components on custom industrial packaging equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and layouts.
• Route wires neatly through wireways and trays, maintain professional workmanship.
• Troubleshoot wiring discrepancies and assist with electrical debugging during builds.
